Ticket Policy:

All tickets sales are final. NO refunds or exchanges. All events rain or shine.

No coolers or food can be carried onto the island. Beverage and food vendors will be serving from noon to 10:30 p.m.

No pets allowed.

Small umbrellas permitted. Oversize golf or picnic umbrellas not permitted.

Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted.

Special photographers have been hired by the festival organizer to document this event. Some images may be used in promotional materials. Your presence at the event is seen as your permission for promotional use by the organizers.

Handicap Parking

Handicap parking is available in the Federal Reserve Parking Deck located on the corner of 5th and Byrd Streets. A traffic control officer or RMC event staff member will be at the intersection to allow properly identified vehicles through.

Hotels

Shadrock has partnered with area hotels for a special rate for the weekend of April 27 ñ 29th. We suggest you book early as there are many events in Richmond this time of year and accommodations go quickly.
